The Exhaust System of an Automobile

People barely notice the exhaust system used in a car. The fact is, there is a part of the exhaust system that can add more power to your car when it is utilized collectively. The name of the part is muffler.

In a car, an exhaust system is a tubing system to flow the burnt gases into the outside air. The header back part starts from the header’s outlet to the open air. The system consists of a muffler, a catalytic, converter, a turbo charger, and an exhaust. The exhaust functions as the gather the gases and channel them into a tube. A catalytic converter functions as the poisonous gas reducer. The part was launched in 1975 and still be used until today.

Then, comes the muffle. The main function of muffler is to reduce the noisy sound made by the exhaust. It is therefore installed along the exhaust pipe. The last part is the tail pipe which functions as ventilation into open air. This part is actually the only part of an exhaust system of a car which is visible from the outside. If you are standing behind a car, the part is the one which has and angled or straight cut at the end.
